Our Team

Our three senior facilitators each bring with them a wealth of experience and expertise working with various sectors.

Amy Percy

Amy is a project manager, board volunteer, entrepreneur, manager of client relations and dedicated hockey mom. She has worked as a senior manager within the retail and service sector, spent 8 years working as an Economic Development Coordinator and General Manager within the community based sector and 2 years working with the Provincial Government of Newfoundland and Labrador as a project manager. Collectively she has 20 years experience as a senior manager across all three sectors. Her business entitled Winning Strategies has been an active part-time business since the early 90’s. She is involved in fitness and leadership training for youth, financial management for corporations, and has served as a volunteer board member for Choices for Youth, Stella Burry Corporation and Waypoints. She has been involved in a number of service delivery review projects, believes in the concepts of Service Excellence, and as a Certified Virtues Project™ Facilitator, Amy brings her passion for parenting, experiences as a rink side spectator and organizational leadership to her sessions.

Peggy Matchim

Peggy is an enthusiastic and confident professional known for delivering results. Her ability to perceive the big picture while focusing on the meaningful engagement of individuals has resulted in the successful completion of a broad range of challenging and diverse projects involving the private, public and community-based sectors. As a consultant, Peggy has carried out work in the areas of network and capacity building, strategic planning, organizational and community development, and program evaluation. Her considerable experience as an educator over two decades has provided extensive opportunity to develop and deliver creative curricula in diverse settings - from teaching on a university campus to offering skills development courses for professionals to engaging youth in custody in interactive workshops. She has also delivered presentations to large and small conferences and groups of all sizes. This work has earned her positive reviews for her passionate and engaging style, as well as her ability to deliver relevant and thought-provoking content. She brings all of this and more to her role as a Certified Virtues Project™ Facilitator, on the team.

Barry Lewis Green

Barry works with youth and adults, organizations, campuses, companies and communities seeking to foster cultures of extraordinary unity, purpose and joy. His expertise is organizational behaviour and development. He focuses on leadership, community and youth. He is a Virtues Project™ Master Facilitator, Personality Dimensions® Facilitator, business educator and writer. These days, he is one of 5 select global keynote speakers for the Virtues Project™. Barry connects work on spirit, mission, execution, success and happiness to help create sustainable, empowering cultures of unity, purpose and joy at work, school, home and community. A karaoke rocker, dancer, archer, football fanatic and cartoonist, he has audiences singing, dancing, aiming, tackling and drawing upon their strengths. A tornado, breeze, and gentle wind all in one, Barry champions a practical, powerful message to the public, private and not-for-profit sectors... engaging audiences, with a bounty of humour, passion and integrity.
